Mustang: Jomsom, Kagbeni, Muktinath
The road beyond Beni follows the Kali Gandaki gorge and is rough in places. 2 days NPR 31,200, 3 days NPR 39,600. Upper Mustang (Lo Manthang, 4 days, NPR 66,000) needs a restricted-area permit.
Manang
Up the Marsyangdi valley from Besisahar on a jeep road: Dharapani NPR 42,000, Chame NPR 48,000, Manang NPR 54,000.
Ghandruk and the Annapurna trailheads
